A stable, balanced base designed for use with or without a top layer. UCO International's Option Orthotic Series™ provides ease and versatility in fabricating custom modified or customized orthotics. Each proximal length base provides the correct support every time.

Three easy steps:
1. Evaluate the problem.
2. Determine an orthotic solution.
3. Select and Option Orthotic base and, if necessary, add the appropriate
top layer or modification.

To finalize the proper fit, the Option Orthotic bases are easily remolded with heat.

Plastoform - a super soft, fine-celled polyethylene foam excellent for diabetics and those requiring extra cushioning.
UCOliteŽ - a smooth, cross-linked polyethylene foam.
DUOlite - a smooth dual density foam combining the features of UCOlite with the "pack out" resistance of Purolon.
DUOplaz - a soft dual density foam combining the accommodation of PlastazoteŽ with the "pack out" resistance of Purolon.
